Illustrative numbers for Lagos. Conpass uses yours.
Conpass never logs into your social accounts. When you see an event in a feed, a group chat or your inbox, you send it in. Conpass reads it, merges it with events it already knows, ranks it and tracks its deadlines.
Tell Conpass your budget and how many workdays you can spare. It picks the set of events with the highest combined value that fits, and explains each trade-off.
“Adding the out-of-town summit costs 2 workdays and pushes out two local meetups.”
“Meet ops heads at mid-size manufacturers curious about AI.” Conpass matches every event against each goal separately.
Each pick lists the signals behind its score. Events you skip or attend are recorded as feedback for the ranking.
A calendar feed, an email digest, Telegram alerts and an HTTP API you can build on.
Everything else waits for the digest. Ticket releases and ticket pages you watch are exempt from the cap.
Conpass reads public pages within robots.txt rules and reads private pages only when you send them. The codebase enforces these rules and tests them.
Read the principles →It asks for no social-media passwords or cookies and runs no logged-in sessions on its servers. Events you see on LinkedIn, Facebook or WhatsApp reach Conpass only when you send them.
It checks robots.txt before every fetch, honours crawl delays, identifies itself and limits how often it visits each site. Site owners can opt out with one line in robots.txt.
Conpass keeps the facts of an event and the public business contacts of its organiser. It does not collect who registered, scrape personal profiles or enrich data about private individuals.
Each ranked event comes with a one-sentence reason built from the signals behind its score. A score that cannot be explained is treated as a bug.

Whether a page was read by rules or by an AI model, every date, price and link is checked against the source before it reaches your Radar. Anything doubtful goes to a review queue.
Conpass is an event radar for founders. You set a home base anywhere in the world and describe your goals in plain words. Conpass watches the places events get announced around you, ranks each one by how well it fits your goals and what it would really cost you, and alerts you before tickets, early-bird prices and deadlines run out.
Conpass can be set up for any home base. It uses the local time zone, currency and weekend, and reads dates and numbers in the languages its locale packs cover. How many local sources it watches varies by city: Bangladesh is the deepest region today; the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Singapore, India, the UAE and the United States are seeded; and early-access members can suggest sources for their own cities.
Those are places where events are published. Conpass watches them and many other announcement surfaces on your behalf, merges the same event seen in five places into one, judges whether it is worth your time and money, and keeps a clock on its ticket and deadline dates.
Yes, as a fallback. Conpass reads structured event data, its own rules, QR codes and text in images first, because they are exact and free. When none of those can read an event, a small AI model extracts the details from the relevant text only, every field it returns is checked against the page, and daily and monthly spending caps switch AI reading off when reached. Matching events to the goals you write in plain words runs on our own servers, not through an AI provider.
Never. Conpass does not ask for social-media passwords and never runs a logged-in session on a server. When you see an event on a social network or in a group chat, you send it yourself: select it with the browser extension, forward an email or send the link to the Telegram bot. The extension acts only when you do, and your cookies never leave your browser.
Conpass is free during early access. Pricing will be published before general availability, and nobody is charged without choosing a paid plan first.
