About Conpass
Conpass is a Verne product, designed and built by Verne Ltd. It started as a tool we built for ourselves, and we are now making it work for founders in other cities.
Why Conpass exists
A conference our team wanted to attend put its tickets on sale at 9 PM on a Tuesday. They sold out before we noticed. A product meetup appeared in a feed three days after it happened. And the most useful builder community in our city reached us through a friend, not through anything we were subscribed to.
None of these were hard to find. They were announced somewhere we weren’t looking, and the deadline that mattered wasn’t the event date. So we built a system with three jobs: watch the places events get announced, track the dates that matter, and say which events are worth a working day.
We built it first for our own home base, where announcements arrive in two languages, prices in two scripts, and the weekend falls on Friday and Saturday. Making that work properly taught us what it takes to make it work anywhere, which is what Conpass is now for.
